The preservation of nature and our environment is very important to us.
For this reason, we pay attention to a sustainable and environmentally friendly solution in as many areas as possible. We strive to constantly review our work with regard to ecological, economic and social sustainability and to set new standards.
Building
The building is a minergie construction with triple glazing. We heat with wood chips from regional wood and our electricity comes from 100% renewable energy sources.
Our solar power system on the roof produces electricity for the hotel operation and is used, for example, for the underground car park. The surplus electricity is fed into the grid.
E charging station
For guests arriving with their electric car, we offer two chargeable charging stations with universal connections for every type of car directly in front of the hotel. This way you can charge the battery of your electric car quickly and effortlessly.
Local purchase
If you have breakfast with us, you can enjoy fine jams and crisp apples - these are just a few examples of the products that we obtain directly from the farmers in Spreitenbach.
Equality
It fills us with pride that we can boast a strong quota of women and that this extends through every level of the hierarchy. The associated equal pay is a matter of course for us.
Cosmetics
All cosmetic products are awarded the "Nordic Swan" and "EU Ecolabel" sustainability certificates. The empty packaging is collected and returned to the manufacturer. The flacons are made of 100% recycled plastic and were produced in a resource-saving way.
Promotion Sport & Culture
Exercise is healthy and offers young people in particular a valuable opportunity to be active and successful in sports together. We are happy to support the youth department of FC Spreitenbach.
